Since jewellery is considered a personal-use item, exchanges and returns are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged

You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will gladly resolve it for you, You can choose between a replacement or a store credit code of the same value to shop again as you wish

 .The item must be returned in its original packaging and show no signs of wear ✧

.Store credit codes are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and expire one year from the date of activation ✧
